  • Most 5GHz networks are suffixed by “_5G.” Select the network that does not have “_5G” in its name. Under your phone’s setting, set your Wi-Fi network to 2.4GHz
  • Some 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are hidden. If you are experiencing difficulties finding your 2.4GHz networks, contact your internet service provider or router manufacturer for support.
  • Ensure your device is set to pairing mode before beginning the setup process.
Please see the question "How do I set my device into pairing mode?" for information on how to setup.
  • Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Please note that Globe Suite Devices only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, however once connected you can use any available network—even cellular data networks—to control your Globe Suite Devices from anywhere.
Please see the question "How do I change my Wi-Fi network to a 2.4GHz Wi-fi Network" for more information on how to setup.

If your device is set to pairing mode and you are still unable to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, try connect your smart device using AP Mode:
